Weidenmiller Company offers the following FDA compliant release coatings for various doughs. One coating may be better than other depending upon your fomulation. What coating works best begins with discussing your molding and cutting doughs with us so that we may recommend a suitable die roll coating.

Wire cut / extruding

Wire cut cookies resemble great looking homemade baked products. We manufacture die bars, filler blocks, plug bars, as well as, finger bars/harps to produce these soft dough biscuit delights. Products such as vanilla wafers, oatmeal raisin cookies, chocolate chips, sugar cookies, ginger snaps and macaroons are common varieties. For coconut bars, ribbons are extruded, baked, cooled and cut when semi-moist.

Weidenmiller utilizes state of the art technology to create custom Rotary Molding die rolls from 8” to 13.375” diameter and up to 72” face width. We engrave our molding dies to particular depths and shapes to fit each design pattern unique to the customer’s request. Cookies, base cakes, hard sweets and inclusions are just some of the many products produced by the Rotary Molding die roll.

We engrave our cutting tools at particular depths and shapes to fit each design pattern unique to the customer's request. Crackers, pizza's, flatbreads, bread sticks, toaster pastries, chips and tacos are just some of the many products produced by the Rotary Cutter.
